📋 Description

• Build and manage data workflows to gather information from sources like databases, Excel files, invoices, and ERP exports, while ensuring procurement, supplier, and spend data is entered and validated accurately • Assist in implementing data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations • Support the analytics and client success teams by preparing and formatting data for analysis and reporting • Perform routine audits and flag data anomalies for further review • Maintain proper documentation of data sources and workflows • Collaborate with global team members across time zones to ensure timely deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, data analysis, or a related field preferred • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas) • Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive tasks • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate in a remote team environment • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn • Familiarity with procurement or financial documents (POs, invoices, vendor data) is good to have but not required • Internship or prior experience in data entry or operations is good to have but not required • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and Big Data technologies is good to have but not required
