📋 Description

• Coordinate the three teams: Product, Core, and Back Office • Maintain an overview of the dependency map • Identify who is waiting for what, from whom, and for how long • Make the micro-decisions needed for effective coordination quickly • Turn product direction into weekly execution across the three teams • Spot blockers, assign an owner, and drive them through to resolution • Manage external dependencies and follow up with partners • Anticipate problems several weeks in advance • Create missing tools and tracking dashboards • Provide visibility and maintain a lightweight operating cadence • Organize useful rituals and remove anything added in return • Absorb interruptions and administrative workload • Push back on last-minute scope changes and escalate risks early • Gather feedback after projects and incorporate it into decision-making • Source candidates, recruit, guide decision-making, and onboard new hires • Develop people through 1:1s, candid feedback, mentoring, and development plans • Run the entire performance review process • Remain technically credible • Subsequently hire the people needed to delegate work that should no longer be handled personally

🎯 Requirements

• Experience founding a company or helping build one as one of its early employees • Experience owning and driving a broad area, without necessarily having held a specific formal role • Ability to make decisions without asking for permission and recognize what falls outside your remit • Experience building tools, launching surveys, or developing partnerships on your own initiative • Ability to deliver results without formal authority • Experience unblocking cross-functional issues and driving decisions through to implementation • Technical background in software; a background exclusively in facilitation, coaching, or consulting without hands-on technical experience is not a fit • Experience operating a performance review process and soliciting candid feedback • Experience with 360-degree feedback • Ability to lead effective 1:1s and tailor support to individual needs • Strong communication and interpersonal intelligence • Ability to diagnose systems rather than individuals • Available and reachable during the day • French is implicitly required by the posting; no degree or minimum number of years of experience is required
