📋 Description

• Review business requirements, technical designs, acceptance criteria, and user stories to identify test scenarios, gaps, dependencies, edge cases, and potential risks • Develop and document comprehensive test plans and manual and automated test cases for Salesforce and connected applications • Perform manual and automated QA testing • Build and maintain robust end-to-end automation using Playwright • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Establish reliable regression and smoke-test execution within the software delivery lifecycle • Validate complex Salesforce solutions spanning multiple business areas • Identify defects, risks, dependencies, and edge cases before production • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Engineers, Product Managers, QA peers, and Technology leadership • Support strong regression protection and reduce post-release defects • Report to the QA Lead and Engineering Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year focused on Salesforce applications • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications • Professional experience within fintech, lending, banking, payments, or another financial-services organization is required • Experience with automated end-to-end, regression, integration, and API testing • Experience validating REST APIs, request/response payloads, business rules, and integration behavior • Experience working within Agile software development teams • Experience incorporating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Experience using source control systems such as Git • Hands-on experience with Playwright for automated end-to-end testing • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, defect management, regression strategies, and risk-based testing • Strong Salesforce testing knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows • Experience with API and integration testing • Strong analytical, documentation, and test-planning skills • Strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a remote environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, effective collaboration, organization, accountability, and comfort managing multiple priorities in an Agile environment
