• Develop and maintain a network to bring top talent into Greene King, championing our franchise concept and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience • Collaborate closely with our self-employed Partner Operators, helping them craft and execute growth strategies within our Partnership framework • Achieve brilliant commercial results through regular business reviews, pub visits, and team meetings • Oversee Partner contractual obligations, taking swift and decisive action when needed to ensure smooth operations • Thrive in a dynamic, growing division with the drive to achieve outstanding results • Analyse data to uncover meaningful insights and create actionable plans that enhance performance • Your heart beats for pubs, with extensive experience in Leisure & Hospitality, ideally in a multi-site field-based role • Boast outstanding communication, influencing, and networking skills to build strong relationships
