📋 Description
• Cold call, text, and email licensed real estate agents using company-provided scripts. • Book 15–20 minute introductory calls for our broker. • Track outreach, follow-ups, and appointments using our CRM/tools. • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to maximize conversions. • Your only job is to connect agents and set the appointment.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English. • Confident and comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, and texting prospects. • Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-ups. • Recruiting, sales, or cold calling experience preferred (training provided). • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
🏖️ Benefits
• Performance Bonuses/Commissions: $250 bonus when a recruited agent closes their first deal. $500 bonus when a recruited agent hits cap ($15k company dollar). That’s $500–$750+ per agent recruited , on top of your base hourly pay.
