📋 Description

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy • Lead engineering, architecture, data, DevOps, SRE, and security • Structure and develop growing technical departments • Advance enterprise architecture and digital platforms • Ensure the scalability, stability, and security of environments • Lead Artificial Intelligence and automation initiatives • Develop data strategy and information governance • Support the development of new digital platforms and products • Contribute to the development strategy for a future payments platform • Develop technical leaders and succession plans • Implement scalable technical standards, frameworks, and processes • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Brazil’s LGPD, and risk management practices • Connect technology, product, and business strategy • Support the organization’s sustainable growth through technology • Operate strategically and operationally as required by the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • MBA, postgraduate degree, or master’s degree in Technology, Management, Innovation, or a related field is preferred • Proven experience in executive technology leadership • Track record of building and scaling technical teams • Experience in technology companies, SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms • Experience working in fast-growing environments • Advanced knowledge of AWS • Distributed architecture, APIs, and microservices • DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and SRE • Information security, Brazil’s LGPD, and compliance • Relational databases, NoSQL, and event-driven architecture • Experience with data engineering and data platforms • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and automation • Ability to develop technical leaders • Experience building digital products • Strong strategic vision combined with execution capabilities • Executive communication and organizational influence • Experience in Open Finance, banking, or payment methods is preferred • Experience with multi-tenant and white-label platforms is preferred
