📋 Description

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy. • Lead engineering, architecture, data, DevOps, SRE, and security. • Build and develop technical teams and functions in a growth environment. • Evolve the corporate architecture and digital platforms. • Ensure scalability, stability, and security of the environments. • Lead Artificial Intelligence and automation initiatives. • Develop data strategy and information governance. • Support the development of new digital platforms and products. • Contribute to the development strategy for a future payments platform. • Develop technical leaders and succession plans. • Implement technical standards, frameworks, and scalable processes. • Ensure compliance, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) adherence, and risk management. • Bridge technology, product, and business strategy. • Support the organization's sustainable growth through technology. • Operate at both strategic and operational levels according to business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • MBA, postgraduate degree, or Master’s in Technology, Management, Innovation, or related fields is desirable. • Proven experience in executive technology leadership. • Track record of building and scaling technical teams. • Experience in technology companies, SaaS, fintechs, or digital platforms. • Experience in high-growth environments. • Advanced knowledge of AWS. • Distributed architecture, APIs, and microservices. • DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and SRE. • Information security, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), and compliance. • Relational databases, NoSQL, and event-driven architecture. • Experience with data engineering and data platforms. • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and automation. • Ability to develop technical leadership. • Experience in building digital products. • Strong strategic vision combined with an ability to execute. • Executive-level communication and organizational influence. • Experience in Open Finance, banking, or payments is desirable. • Experience with multi-tenant and white-label platforms is desirable.
