📋 Description
• Lead and manage the entire implementation process for assigned clients • Collaborate with the Project Designer to understand client requirements and configure our software solutions • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the implementation phase • Work cross-functionally with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams, and other stakeholders • Engage deeply with clients to analyze and understand their unique requirements • Lead training sessions for clients • Identify, analyze, and resolve implementation-related challenges independently • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the implementation process • Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes
🎯 Requirements
• 0-2+ years of experience with HR, Payroll, Tax or Financial Implementations • Payroll processing experience preferred • Project management experience preferred • Customer Service or related experience preferred • Software Technical Support or related experience preferred • Product Training experience preferred • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • FPC or CPP preferred but not required
