📋 Description
• Perform home and commercial inspections for several hours a day • Contact clients by telephone, email or in-person at inspections • Track inspection activities and update files/database as appropriate • Must be available to work six days a week • Flexible schedule with requested shifts and days off
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a Home Inspector (required to apply) • Minimum of two years construction or related field experience preferred • Must have Valid Drivers License • Comprehensive knowledge of home inspection procedures • Basic skill in computers, apps and office equipment
