📋 Description

• Plan and oversee the installation of Gridware sensing devices on utility poles and related infrastructure. • Coordinate closely with utility line crews and contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of field activities. • Provide clear direction, troubleshooting support, and installation guidance throughout deployment operations. • Conduct site assessments and verify site readiness prior to installation activities. • Identify, document, and resolve technical and operational issues encountered in the field. • Serve as a professional representative of Gridware when interacting with utility personnel, contractors, local authorities, and community stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records of installation activities, site conditions, issues encountered, and corrective actions using Gridware’s internal tools. • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety requirements, project specifications, and utility standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, utility work, technical support, construction, telecommunications, surveying, mapping, or a related field. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to provide direction and work effectively alongside contractors and utility crews. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in outdoor field environments. • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English. • Comfortable using mobile applications, digital tools, and field documentation systems.
