âą Own the processing of Non-QM loans and manage complexity âą Pre-underwrite every file before submission âą Work with bank statement income, P&L programs, and DSCR investor loans âą Review files for guideline conflicts and income calculation accuracy âą Calculate complex income accurately and document stability âą Maintain a clean and organized workflow for submissions âą Stay updated with changing guidelines and loan programs
đŻ Requirements
âą 2+ years of processing residential loans in NON-QM Loans âą Experience with DSCR & Bank Statement loans âą Proficiency in using an LOS âą Ability to read a credit report in 60 seconds âą Knowledge of program guidelines and investor overlays âą Ability to pre-underwrite files and catch guideline conflicts âą Excellent problem-solving skills with documentation âą Professional communication with borrowers and loan officers
