📋 Description
• Develop and execute a regional outreach plan considering cultural and market specificities • Meet KPI targets related to outreach activity, lead generation, follow-up, and conversion • Convert leads from Westcliff’s existing pipeline and generate new leads through fairs, school visits, and localized engagement in Brazil and in the wider LATAM region • Serve as the primary advisor for all prospective student follow-up after each event • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local high school counselors • Provide weekly reports summarizing outreach, follow-up, conversion progress, and market insights • Participate in virtual and in-person recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions across LATAM • Attend regular online meetings with Westcliff’s Global Outreach team
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years in higher education, international recruitment, or placement services • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance • Experience representing an overseas university (preferred) • Study or work experience in the USA (preferred) • Access to an existing network of local contacts with schools, Universities, and counselors (preferred)
