📋 Description

• Greet and advise customers on selecting used vehicles that meet their needs • Manage and develop a customer portfolio, providing regular follow-up • Negotiate sales terms and close transactions • Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized, high-quality service • Assist in implementing and monitoring promotional offers • Analyze the local market and trends to optimize sales • Collaborate with the team to achieve set commercial targets • Conduct appraisals and trade-ins of used vehicles

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in used vehicle sales. • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales. • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Thorough knowledge of the used vehicle market and related trends. • Ability to work independently while contributing to the team. • Good listening skills and strong customer focus. • Proficiency with computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Energetic, proactive, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
