• Support CEO in executing MASStrong’s statewide outreach strategy. • Maintain and update contact lists in HubSpot; track stakeholder interactions, meetings, and follow-ups. • Draft and send follow-up emails; organize outreach efforts and maintain tracking system of contacts and engagement history. • Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and outreach events; coordinate logistics and provide on-the-ground event support. • Generate monthly reports on outreach impact, engagement metrics, and trends. • Oversee scheduling for training sessions, meetings, and events; coordinate with facilitators and participants. • Assist in creation of email outreach campaigns, materials (fact sheets, talking points, presentations), and branded outreach collateral. • Contribute to GPS marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and print platforms. • Manage partnership engagement: support proposals, create visuals, track partnership progress, and foster collaborative relationships. • Assist with drafting and editing grant proposals and support grant reporting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 1–3 years of experience in outreach coordination, stakeholder engagement, CRM management, or administrative support. • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) to track stakeholder engagement. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in professional outreach. • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy outreach. • Preferred: Familiarity with stakeholder engagement strategies and contact management best practices. • Preferred: Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar). • Preferred: Spanish fluency is a plus.
