📋 Description

• Support Grove’s operating forecast (weekly/monthly) • Build and maintain models across: • LTV / CAC by channel • Marketing efficiency and spend allocation • Fulfillment and operational metrics • Identify risks, pressure-test assumptions, and proactively adjust outlook • Analyze paid media performance • Evaluate customer acquisition efficiency and cohort behavior • Partner with Marketing to optimize spend and improve paybacks • Model shipping, labor, and operational costs • Identify cost drivers and opportunities for margin improvement • Support international expansion • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights • Support leadership and board-level discussions as needed • Operate confidently in high-visibility environments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent depth • Background in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or similar • Deep proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets • Experience working cross-functionally with business teams • Strong communication skills—able to translate complexity into clarity • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
