📋 Description

• Analyze and tune system designs to identify and fix performance bottlenecks • Analyze tasks, decompose them into sub-tasks, and estimate development time • Perform code and design reviews • Lead research and proofs of concept for new features • Help prototype new architectures and migrate systems to them • Identify areas for improvement and manage technical debt • Mentor and guide a backend engineering team, fostering technical excellence, continuous delivery, and high ownership • Support current functionality and maintain backward compatibility for releases • Deliver completed tasks for testing and provide advisory assistance to QA during testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of .NET web development experience • 2+ years in a Tech Lead position • Expertise and deep understanding of .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and C# • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience with backend architecture principles and technologies • Experience with SSE, Long Polling, and WebSockets • Experience with unit and integration testing • Experience with GitLab CI or other CI/CD technologies • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Experience with Kafka (will be a plus) • Good written and spoken English • Proactive and result-oriented mindset • Good communication skills • Multitasking, time management, and planning skills • Desire to learn • Alignment with GROWE TOGETHER, DRIVE RESULT OVER PROCESS, and BE READY FOR CHANGE core values
