📋 Description

• Process alerts triggered for sports players in a timely and effective manner • Segment users according to procedures • Process internal and external team requests • Respond to requests from other departments through a special communication channel • Analyse past decisions and correct mistakes • Report player, game, bonus-company anomalies and problems to a manager • Develop new methods for detecting fraudulent users • Handle low- and medium-risk user cases

🎯 Requirements

• Fintech risk management experience is an advantage • Ability to work shifts, including evening and night shifts • Flexible analytical thinking and out-of-the-box thinking are advantageous • Excellent numerical and Excel skills • Upper-Intermediate level of English • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Diligence, responsibility, and reliability • Alignment with GROWE values: teamwork, results orientation, and adaptability
