📋 Description

• Design, plan and run advertising campaigns for multiple brands • Serve as the point of contact and in-house expert on Growth Marketing • Conduct A/B tests and prepare reports • Manage campaigns with large monthly budgets • Develop new strategies and marketing concepts • Work closely with the Creative team to develop ads

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Growth/Performance Marketing • Strong marketing understanding and a good sense for advertising and target audiences • Experience with ad managers and tracking • Basic knowledge of Shopify • Familiarity with marketing trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn • Sociable, numbers-oriented and analytical • Proactive personality with a friendly demeanour
