📋 Description

• You manage communication with our content creators and support them from onboarding and brief requests through to execution of ongoing UGC projects • You maintain and expand our creator pool, review applications, and assist in sourcing new, suitable content creators • Unleash your creativity: write creative briefs for UGC, recut projects, and high-quality shoots where you can fully apply your strategic and creative skills • Coordinate feedback loops, review created content, and ensure our quality standards are met • For larger HQ productions, you support the team in pre-production planning and, if necessary, accompany shoots on-site (Berlin or Mannheim)

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a Creative Strategist or Creator Manager and are familiar with writing briefs for various video projects • A strong sense for social media, trends, and high-performing content (e.g., TikTok & Instagram) - you are at home in the UGC space and eager to keep learning • You are an excellent communicator with organizational talent: you connect people and ideas, keep track of multiple concurrent projects, and ensure smooth operations between teams, creators, and processes • You understand growth marketing mechanisms and can interpret relevant KPIs to develop creative and strategic approaches • Ideally, you have experience planning high-quality video productions, supporting shoots on-site, and preferably have hands-on experience as a content creator
