• 2+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation within the iGaming industry. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that drive measurable results. • Experience with A/B testing and player segmentation techniques. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Creative thinking and copywriting skills for campaign design and execution. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects and priorities. • Fluency in written and verbal English. • Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with Customer.io is a plus. • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
