📋 Description

• We are seeking a Paid Social Marketer to support our paid social efforts across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. • This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. • Craft paid social strategies that align with business goals and target audience. • Set up and manage campaigns across platforms like Facebook and TikTok. • Strategically allocate budgets across various social platforms. • Create visually compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel ads. • Write persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions. • Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting to identify the most effective combinations. • Continuously monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results. • Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and trends that can inform future strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns. • Proficiency in social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager). • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Excellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creation. • Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). • Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
