📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, performance reviews, and campaign updates. • Lead and support SDRs working on client accounts; ensure they hit activity and meeting targets. • Build and optimize workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and internal tools. • Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, and lead routing for all client projects. • Deliver weekly performance summaries and strategic recommendations. • Troubleshoot issues, refine targeting, and optimize outbound processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing clients or accounts in a sales or GTM environment. • Strong understanding of outbound motions and SDR performance metrics. • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and Excel. • Ability to build automations, reporting dashboards, and data-driven insights. • Organized, clear communicator, and comfortable juggling multiple client accounts.
