📋 Description

• Site oversight to ensure the operation of all building services and external technical installations while meeting cost and environmental objectives • Planning and implementation of required maintenance, inspections, repairs and refurbishment measures, including documentation • Coordination of external service providers • Management of renovation measures for existing buildings and technical systems, in particular water-related systems and lighting • Optimization of maintenance processes and implementation of sustainable technologies • Participation in acceptance procedures and in warranty management • Contribution to the preparation of financial plans, including budget monitoring • Preparation of specifications and execution of procurement procedures in the area of technical building services and building maintenance • Analysis of energy consumption data and definition of consumption targets within energy management • Regular data maintenance in the CAFM system

🎯 Requirements

• Degree related to technical building equipment/building services engineering; or vocational training with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, or as a Certified Facility Management Specialist (Fachwirt Facility Management), or equivalent • Proven experience in technical facility management • Experience in managing maintenance measures with respect to cost and schedule control • Confident communication skills when working with service providers • Proficient user of standard MS Office applications • Experience in using CAFM systems
