📋 Description

• Independently manage day-to-day operations and act as the primary point of contact for our tenants, serving as the liaison to berlinovo. • Monitor property manager duties and handle the accounting and settlement of security deposits. • Ensure proper property management and contribute to the planning and implementation of major maintenance and repair measures for the property, as well as review and re-charge maintenance invoices. • Handle insurance claims and related processes. • Review and implement rent increases and rent reductions. • Monitor tenant accounts and manage the dunning/collection process; collaborate with external legal counsel; continue to handle pre-litigation collection procedures, including notices of termination, etc. • Process and confirm lease terminations, including releasing units to the leasing team; conduct move-out and move-in inspections and handovers. • Review, process and approve invoices within the scope of delegated authority.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a real estate agent/property manager (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau), as a certified real estate specialist (Immobilienfachwirt) or an equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience. • Relevant professional experience in independently managing residential properties, including third-party properties and owner-occupied units (condominiums). • Solid knowledge of tenancy law, strong commitment and service orientation, negotiation skills and enjoyment in working with people. • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate constructively in a team, paired with organizational skills and decisiveness. • Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications and SAP. • A valid Class B driving license is advantageous.
