📋 Description

• Technical management of our commercial properties in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main and Munich, in particular our landmark at Alexanderplatz: • Responsibility for technical performance, modernization and sustainable value development of a large, demanding mixed-use asset, including documentation, tracking and systematic rectification of defects • Ensuring smooth technical operations including operator responsibility • Management, quality assurance and further development of FM service providers • Central interface between tenants, service providers and internal departments • Monitoring of schedules, budgets and quality standards • Primary contact for all technical matters on site and implementation and inspection of construction measures • Recording, coordination and supervision of maintenance and repair works in our existing properties • Quality, cost and deadline control • Monitoring compliance with requirements and regulations during maintenance and various inspections, including necessary defect remediation • Coordination with authorities, experts and appointed contractors and their management • Organization and conduct of technical inspections in our portfolio and ensuring documentation • Annual budgeting and planning for CapEx and OpEx measures including monitoring • Fulfillment of client/owner duties and responsibilities related to construction

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree (e.g., civil engineering, building services engineering, real estate management) or demonstrable professional experience • Several years of professional experience in technical property management, construction or interior fit-out, or equivalent proven experience • Good knowledge of technical trades, construction processes and FM management • Confident handling of budgets, construction processes and contractor management • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured approach to work • Enthusiasm for managing and further developing a demanding asset over the long term
