📋 Description

• As a sound engineer, you will shape our studio both technically and organizationally and be a central part of our creative ecosystem • You will independently and holistically take responsibility for the technical maintenance and servicing of the studio equipment • You will organize and operate the recording studio, including upkeep and coordination of the studio calendar • You will be the technical point of contact for artists, producers and A&Rs from our labels • Acting as the interface between our labels, A&Rs and the studio, you will coordinate studio bookings and schedules • You will support recordings for smaller artists who do not have their own producers • Depending on the setup, you may take on music-production tasks and provide creative support • You will also be responsible for ensuring the studio’s accessibility and availability – by agreement, this may include weekends

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed formal training as a sound engineer or possess a comparable qualification • Throughout your career you have acquired solid technical know-how in studio technology and acoustics • You have basic knowledge of at least one common DAW (e.g., Logic Pro, FL Studio or Ableton Live) • Ideally, you already have some experience in music production • You are highly flexible with your working hours and willing to work weekends when required • You have excellent German (C2) and English (C1) skills, both written and spoken
