📋 Description

• Systematic project management: initiate projects, establish structures, and manage risks • Apply agile and traditional methods where they make sense • Keep resources, budget, and timelines in view and inform the right people at the right time • Implement change practically: support integration projects (post‑merger, process harmonization) • Facilitate workshops, identify resistance, and develop solutions • Lead teams through change with clear communication • Stakeholder management: executive management, leaders, and operational teams — you can communicate with all levels • Management reports, decision papers, status meetings • Work digitally: use PM tools effectively (not just deploy them) • Digitize processes where there is added value • Manage based on data rather than gut feeling

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: 2+ years of project management experience (experience from other industries welcome) • Methodological know‑how: agile, traditional, hybrid — you know when each approach fits • Stakeholder management: you can persuade, facilitate, and mediate • Tools: PM software, CRM/ERP are familiar to you • Languages: German fluent, English business‑fluent • Willingness to travel to EU sites • Nice‑to‑have: experience with M&A integration or change projects • Affinity for laboratory/analytics/quality management • Certifications (PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMP — not required)
