📋 Description

• Responsibility for building and maintaining strong relationships between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, including effective alignment and transparency • Support for the BRM leadership as well as local C-level and executive teams in strategic planning and governance • Program and project management for assigned IT initiatives – including planning, control and delivery • Coordination of technical M&A integration processes in close collaboration with central and business stakeholders • Promotion of collaboration and accountability in geographically distributed teams within a matrix organization • Ensuring compliance with all project artifacts according to Wolters Kluwer PMO standards • Management of risks, issues, budgets and forecasts, with executive-level reporting • Preparation and presentation of clear, decision-ready status reports and management presentations • Support for business analysis and requirements elicitation • Contribution to scope definition, cost estimation and business case development • Alignment of demand, priorities and resource availability to meet agreed timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience • At least 5 years of experience leading complex IT programs or projects • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills at the executive level • Proven experience in budget, risk and delivery management • Experience in the (technical) integration of acquired companies is desirable • Strong analytical skills, negotiation ability and decisive judgment • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
