📋 Description
• Assess users' needs to resolve questions and issues in partnership with the technology team; • Direct communication with candidates to provide a more human, personalized service; • Create, consolidate and manage KPIs for support efficiency and service quality;
🎯 Requirements
• Ownership mindset: individuals who can take full responsibility for a major pillar at Gupy; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset; • Advanced Excel; • Availability for 6 hours per day, with a flexible schedule; • Some experience with programming and/or website creation is a plus.
