âą Assess users' needs to resolve questions and issues in partnership with the technology team; âą Communicate directly with candidates to provide a more humanized service; âą Create, consolidate and manage KPIs for service efficiency and quality;

âą Ownership mindset: people who can take full responsibility for an important pillar at Gupy; âą Excellent verbal and written communication, strong critical thinking and a customer-focused mindset; âą Advanced Excel; âą Availability for 6 hours per day, with a flexible schedule; âą Some experience with programming and/or website development is a plus.
