📋 Description
• Assess user needs to resolve questions and issues in collaboration with the technology team; • Direct communication with candidates to provide a more human-centered service; • Create, consolidate, and manage KPIs for service efficiency and quality;
🎯 Requirements
• Ownership mindset: people who can fully take responsibility for a key pillar of Gupy; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical analysis, and a customer-focused mindset; • Advanced Excel; • Availability for 6 hours per day, with flexible scheduling; • Some experience with programming and/or website development is a plus.
