📋 Description

• Participate in the design, development and evolution of the frontend layer of the AI platform. • Build interfaces focused on performance, scalability, usability and visual consistency. • Develop complex visual flows and interactive experiences for application journeys. • Architect the frontend with emphasis on componentization, state organization and maintainability. • Implement integrations with APIs and backend services, ensuring a seamless user experience. • Work closely with product, backend and design teams for continuous platform improvement. • Support building interfaces that visually represent workflows, automations and complex business flows. • Structure and evolve the platform's frontend architecture using React. • Implement complex visual interfaces and flows using React Flow. • Define standards for componentization, reuse and application state management. • Develop modern interfaces using React and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Build reusable components and scalable frontend structures. • Implement integrations with REST APIs and backend services. • Ensure responsiveness, performance and accessibility of the application. • Collaborate with product and backend teams to define integrations, flows and API contracts. • Partner with design to ensure visual consistency and a high-quality user experience. • Participate in defining interaction flows and user journeys. • Define coding organization standards and frontend architecture. • Ensure quality through testing and development best practices. • Implement build and deployment pipelines for the frontend application. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience and the platform's technical maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in frontend development with React. • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. • Experience building modern, responsive and scalable interfaces. • Experience with componentization, component reuse and application state organization. • Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services. • Knowledge of frontend architecture and best practices for code organization. • Experience with performance, accessibility and responsiveness in web applications. • Experience implementing frontend tests. • Ability to be hands-on while also providing technical direction. • Good communication with product, backend and design teams. • Ability to translate business needs into clear and efficient interface solutions. • Experience with React Flow for building complex visual flows. • Experience with platforms that include workflows, automations or process-driven interfaces. • Experience with design systems and component libraries. • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices for frontend applications. • Experience in corporate environments with scalability and technical governance requirements. • Prior experience defining architectural patterns and evolving growing frontend codebases.
