📋 Description

• Manage the review, control, and scheduling of payments • Post and clear invoices and other payable items in SAP Business One • Monitor due dates and ensure obligations are paid on time • Prepare, update, and analyze cash flow statements • Perform bank and financial reconciliations • Review invoices, payment slips, contracts, and supporting documentation • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies • Prepare financial controls, reports, and KPIs in Excel • Support the monthly financial and accounting close • Contribute to improvements in the department’s processes and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Solid experience with accounts payable processes • Advanced knowledge of SAP Business One financial modules • Intermediate Excel skills • Experience managing and monitoring cash flow • Knowledge of financial reconciliations, payment scheduling, and banking controls • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile • Ability to meet deadlines and work with high volumes of information • Preferred: experience with bank integration, CNAB files, payment remittances, returns, and electronic payments • Preferred: experience handling high payment volumes and working in companies with multiple locations or cost centers • Preferred: knowledge of tax withholdings applicable to supplier payments • Preferred: experience with budgeting, financial forecasts, and actual-versus-budget analysis • Preferred: knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis and visualization tools • Preferred: experience automating financial routines and improving processes • Preferred: knowledge of financial KPIs and management reporting • Preferred: experience in dynamic environments involving frequent interaction among Finance, Accounting, Tax, Procurement, and Operations teams • Preferred: familiarity with compliance policies and internal controls
