📋 Description

• You will lead the definition of scalable, resilient, and high-performance architectures. • Acting as the guardian of the technical integrity of our systems, ensuring that technology choices in Python and Go support the project's rapid growth and the evolution of our digital products. • We are looking for a hands-on Software Architect to lead the architectural evolution of a distributed platform based on Python/Go. • The professional will be responsible for architectural decisions, performance, scalability, and reliability, working directly in code when needed and guiding the team on engineering standards, microservices, asynchronous processing, databases, and external integrations across multiple projects with different scopes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field • Deep experience developing with Python (FastAPI) and Go • Knowledge of front-end development, preferably React • Experience with Cloud platforms, messaging systems, and microservices • Ability to write clean, well-structured code, ensuring quality standards and conducting code reviews • Ability to balance technical "state of the art" with business needs and deadlines • Comfortable handling competing priorities, taking ownership, and managing risk in a fast-paced environment
