📋 Description

• Verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Nota Fiscal (Brazilian invoice); • Prepare and file the DU-E (Single Export Declaration); • Issue Certificates of Origin as required by processes; • Prepare and validate Drafts of BL (Bill of Lading); • Approve CRT, BL and HAWB, ensuring accuracy and compliance of information; • Coordinate cargo releases with terminals, carriers, and operational partners; • Monitor export processes to ensure adherence to agreed timelines; • Prepare management reports, KPIs, and metrics to track department performance; • Maintain daily follow-up with clients, providing updates on process status; • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and contribute to process efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; • Solid experience in export operations and international trade; • Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes, and taxes applicable to export operations; • Familiarity with the documents and procedures involved in the export process; • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; • Ability to analyze and verify operational and documentary information; • Analytical, organized, proactive profile, with good interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team.
