📋 Description

• Monitoring international shipments by sea, air and road • Tracking deadlines and cargo status with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers • Verification of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L or AWB, Import Declaration (DI), among others) • Support in the customs clearance process • Updating systems and internal controls with import process information • Follow-up with internal departments and international suppliers • Management of logistics costs and assistance with invoice verification • Support in resolving operational issues related to shipments • Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics or related fields • Solid experience in import operations and international trade • Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes and taxes • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office • Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
