📋 Description

• In-house PO Management, including document approvals; • Direct contact with exporters to coordinate shipments; • Organize import processes, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with deadlines; • Perform ongoing follow-up with clients, keeping them updated on the status of operations; • Control vessel transshipments and monitor arrivals into Brazil.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields • Solid experience in import operations and international trade • Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes, and taxes/duties • Intermediate to advanced Office Suite (Microsoft Office) skills • Analytical, organized, proactive, with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
