📋 Description

• Registering and updating processes in the OSGT system, ensuring accurate recording of information and monitoring of operational stages; • Monitoring cargo status from origin to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and resolving any incidents during transportation; • Preparing and filing the Single Import Declaration (DUIMP), ensuring compliance with legal and customs requirements; • Requesting and issuing Licenses, Permits, Certificates and Other Documents (LPCO) as required, ensuring compliance with the regulations of competent authorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields; • Experience with OSGT or similar systems; • Knowledge of customs legislation, special customs regimes, and taxes; • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Experience monitoring international shipments (maritime and/or air); • Previous experience in import operations, handling operational processes and documentation; • Experience with DI/DUIMP filings, issuance of LPCO, and tracking customs procedures; • Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
