📋 Description

• Control and release import processes, ensuring deadlines and internal procedures are met; • Monitor receipt of documentation submitted by exporters; • Request corrections and follow up on documentary and operational pending items; • Review and approve import documents and shipments; • Complete and update follow-ups and operational controls; • Enter and prepare processes in the OSGT system; • Maintain process controls and KPIs in Excel spreadsheets; • Manage and verify CE Mercante and/or CCT; • Track cargo arrivals and confirm cargo presence at terminals; • Perform full verification of import processes; • Register DI and DUIMP entries, handle ICMS treatment and issue Electronic Invoices (NF-e); • Monitor customs clearance processes and releases with MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply); • File documents in the Portal Único (Single Window for Foreign Trade); • Manage outstanding issues related to customs clearances; • Organize and send documents for cargo pickups;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; • Solid experience in import customs clearance; • Knowledge of systems related to foreign trade activities, including Portal Único, Siscomex, and ERP/management systems used in the area; • Knowledge of customs legislation, regulations, special regimes and customs risk management; • Experience with Excel and other technology tools applied to process management; • Intermediate level of English; • Analytical, organized, proactive profile with good interpersonal communication skills; • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple simultaneous demands.
