📋 Description

• Map operational opportunities and identify bottlenecks in the supply photos funnel, prioritizing initiatives based on impact (size of the prize) • Design automated operational workflows and tools through short delivery cycles, reducing manual bottlenecks and increasing team autonomy • Manage internal and external stakeholders (P&T, Inside Sales, Data Engineering, and BPO partners) to ensure project alignment and success

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL proficiency for extracting, manipulating, and sanitizing dense data and large volumes of operational datasets • Strong analytical skills for breaking down results, along with a solid understanding of performance across operations, marketplaces, or field operations • Practical use of generative Artificial Intelligence tools (prompts/LLMs) applied to day-to-day work • Programming knowledge in Python for creating and consuming automations and scripts in production environments, as well as RESTful API integration (a plus) • Experience managing and interacting with outsourced partner operations (BPOs), external business partners, or Salesforce (a plus)
