📋 Description

• Manage the portfolio of representatives and plan commercial activities to achieve targets • Identify growth opportunities in your region or within your partner portfolio • Analyze results and propose corrective strategies • Plan commercial initiatives and support the execution of promotional and incentive campaigns • Act as a brand ambassador to representatives • Deliver training

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of consórcio products (consortium/group-purchase plans) • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • High school diploma • Own vehicle or rental/lease contract required • Preferred: experience in the commercial department of a consórcio administrator
