📋 Description

• Handle and support customer service via chat and email • Support the team with moderately complex cases • Process refunds when necessary • Identify recurring issues and report them to leadership • Analyze and develop new responses and scripts • Ensure correct execution of established processes • Propose improvements to workflows and service standards • Identify and escalate complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) • Higher education is not required, but degrees in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Technology are a plus • Experience in customer service
