📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development of sales campaigns, from offer conception through performance analysis. • Analyze data and results to identify optimization and scalability opportunities. • Create, test, and validate new copywriting mechanisms, hooks, and formats. • Serve as a technical authority by supporting and mentoring copywriters at earlier career levels. • Conduct advanced research into markets, consumer behavior, and competitive differentiation. • Partner with the paid media team and the Chief to define funnel strategies and conversion goals. • Represent the Chief when necessary, ensuring operational continuity and quality. • Contribute to the development of new copywriting methodologies and standards of excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Direct Response Copywriting and Sales Funnels. • Extensive experience with large-scale campaigns and multiple products. • Proven experience developing scaling strategies and optimizing ROI. • Proficiency with advertising platforms: Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads. • Proficiency with research and competitive intelligence tools: Deep Tube, CopyCat, Ad Library, and Guru Killer. • Proficiency with management and performance tools: ClickUp and internal dashboards. • High school diploma.
