• Execution of large-scale campaigns: Lead the development and execution of large-scale advertising campaigns, mastering all technical and operational stages (understanding and overseeing film/video production, broadcast/RTV, timelines and deliverables). • Project Management and PMO: Demonstrate strong PMO skills to manage multiple suppliers, agencies, internal stakeholders and complex schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and the quality standards required by Grupo Boticário. • Strategy, Planning and Market References: Proactively seek market references, communication trends and innovative formats, bringing these insights to the team to build tactical and strategic plans. • Media and Social Activation: Orchestrate the rollout of campaigns across the digital ecosystem, acting as a partner to Media and Social teams to ensure channel strategy and social activations are innovative, integrated and generate significant cultural impact. • Agility and Self-Management: Actively monitor and manage campaign performance and quality indicators and produce reports to ensure strategic consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed) • Experience in communications/advertising roles, with a track record working directly in major agencies or brands involved in advertising production (agencies, consultancies or in-house branding teams). • Deep, hands-on knowledge of the mechanics of large-scale 360° advertising campaigns (audiovisual/film production, integrated campaigns and major PR/social activations). • Emotional intelligence and the ability to align stakeholders across areas with differing priorities.
