📋 Description

• Support the organization of the internal communications calendar • Assist in creating and publishing content for internal channels • Support the updating and organization of the company’s communication channels • Provide support for internal rituals and engagement initiatives • Assist with communication requests from internal teams • Support internal marketing (endomarketing) campaigns and culture initiatives • Assist in monitoring metrics and controls for the area • Support the organization of internal events and celebratory activities • Contribute to operational activities and administrative routines of the area.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Letters/Languages, HR, or related fields • Proficiency in Portuguese and strong writing skills • Experience with digital tools and Google Workspace • Interest in working with corporate communications and internal marketing (endomarketing).
