📋 Description

• Develop software solutions for complex problems using C# (.NET) and SQL Server • Design deliverables that are fully aligned with the product’s overall architecture, ensuring ecosystem integrity • Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance on legacy systems • Execute automated tests (unit tests, TDD, BDD) and ensure code quality • Be proactive and thorough in team code reviews • Configure, create and monitor monitoring tools and alerts • Take responsibility for failures that fall within the team’s domain • Use operational data to suggest stability improvements and support post-mortem analyses • Be disciplined in making realistic commitments and delivering value incrementally • Act proactively to resolve blockers and delays before escalation is required • Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear, concise, audience-oriented communication • Help teammates overcome obstacles and complete tasks • Take ownership of your career and your Individual Development Plan (IDP) • Seek and apply feedback continuously • Share knowledge and support the development of junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, solid experience developing with C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core) and SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL) • Strong understanding of creating and consuming REST APIs and microservices • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and systems integration • Advanced debugging skills and performance analysis of code and SQL queries • Solid knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with high-volume environments and ability to apply security best practices daily • Ability to work with broad direction (high autonomy) and excellent technical reasoning • Strong alignment with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with Python and/or Node.js development (plus) • Previous experience with corporate monitoring tools such as New Relic and Grafana (plus) • Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) and integrations using Apigee (plus) • Experience with serverless architectures and continuous deployment tools (especially Azure DevOps) (plus) • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure environments (AWS or Azure) (plus) • Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) (plus)
