📋 Description

• Work within the Franchise Back Office ecosystem • Serve as a focal point for the development and evolution of technological solutions for the Integrated Management (GI) platform • Develop Node.js backend scripts and solutions to support the ecosystem and provide the required integrations • Dedicate approximately 30% of your time to Python development for the Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) platform • Apply methodologies such as Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and use AI-assisted tools such as Cursor and Cloud Code • Occasionally work with React to provide information and basic interfaces for the application • Apply software architecture best practices, data structures, and systems communication principles • Reduce the operational complexity of the management platform for franchisees • Collaborate with a highly experienced team, technical leaders, and Product Managers to translate business challenges into robust solutions • Ensure clean, effective code aligned with business rules • Keep up with trends in software engineering and Artificial Intelligence tools

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical experience in backend development, with extensive proficiency in Node.js • Knowledge of Python for creating and integrating AI-oriented scripts and technological solutions • Basic knowledge of or occasional experience with React to support required front-end work • Strong technical foundation in computer science, including data structures and software architecture concepts • Curiosity and an analytical mindset focused on continuous learning and staying up to date with new technologies and development models in the market • Ability to independently solve business problems through efficient technological solutions • Previous experience with or theoretical knowledge of the SDD (Spec-Driven Development) methodology — a plus • Hands-on experience with AI tools for development, such as Cursor, Cloud Code, and LLMs — a plus • Experience developing solutions for Franchise, Direct Sales, or Retail ecosystems — a plus
