📋 Description

• Perform data ingestion and validation within the team's internal environments, as well as coordinate with the Data Engineering team; • Monitor dashboards and reports that track business indicators (KPIs); • Support the creation of rationale/business rules for new metrics; • Participate in analyses and provide strategic, data-driven insights; • Perform advanced analyses to identify hidden patterns, forecast trends, and anticipate business scenarios; • Provide training and support to end users, helping to promote a data-driven culture within the directorate.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or technology-related fields; • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and/or Looker Studio; • Practical knowledge of data analysis methodologies and basic concepts of programming logic or descriptive statistics; • Intermediate skills in building and manipulating databases/data sets (SQL, Python, etc.); • Ability to work responsibly in an innovation- and technology-driven environment; • Curiosity and a strong drive to dig deeper and find solutions; • Knowledge of how AI works and how to implement it in day-to-day operations; • Clear, direct, and objective communication skills; • Deliver data presentations that demonstrate how to add business value.
