📋 Description

• Connect and guide the team and internal partner areas; • Ensure comprehensive coordination of deadlines, deliverables, and financial control; • Act as the primary point of contact with our partner agencies; • Ensure the tactical rollout of the three cycle movements; • Support the brand's long-term strategy and outlook.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; • Proven experience in fast-paced, high-velocity markets; • Highly organized, analytical profile with a focus on corporate processes; • Hands-on experience with large-scale product launches; • Proficiency in 360° campaigns; • Strong ability to connect cross-functional areas and manage multiple stakeholders; • Maturity and resilience to navigate high-pressure scenarios; • Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry is a plus; • Previous experience in advertising agencies or branding consultancies is a plus.
