• Strategic Reputation Index Management: Monitor, analyze and take responsibility for changes in brand perception, diagnose the root causes of fluctuations in depth, and design complex preventive and corrective action plans. • 360° Reputational Analysis: Lead the cross-referencing and integrated reading of image, sentiment and mention-volume data (press, social media and customer service channels), translating these data into intelligence to anticipate risks and identify opportunities to strengthen the institution. • Internal Consultancy: Act as a partner to the company’s various business areas (such as Consumer, People (HR) and Legal), providing strategic guidance, identifying topics of interest and structuring integrated communication plans that protect the company’s image. • High-Complexity Content and Positioning: Draft and validate official positions, reactive statements for acute crises and communications for critical stakeholders, ensuring technical accuracy, appropriate tone of voice and institutional alignment. • Governance of KPIs and Performance: Consolidate, monitor and present the area’s performance indicators, raising the quality of reports so they serve as direct strategic input for decision-making. • Leadership in Budgetary and Administrative Control: Ensure the planning, strict control and efficiency of the area’s budget, acting directly as the interface with Finance, optimizing investments, and supervising contract management and the flow of invoices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism or Social Communication. • Solid Experience in the Role: Proven track record in corporate communications, with hands-on experience managing high-complexity acute crises and responding to image incidents. • Proficiency in Reputational Analysis: Demonstrated experience using monitoring tools and methodologies for measuring image/sentiment (360° view), with the ability to translate data and charts into action plans. • Strong Writing Skills Under Pressure: Flawless writing and the ability to produce rapid, strategic drafts of complex materials (official positions and reactive statements). • Budgetary and Administrative Management: Practical experience with budget planning and control, managing contracts with suppliers/agencies and handling invoice flows. • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with reputation measurement tools, social media, media relations and influencer marketing. • Specialization or postgraduate degree in Crisis Management, Corporate Communications or Branding. • Differentiator: • Consultative Profile and Maturity: Ease and agility to interact across different business areas, defend technical viewpoints and negotiate solutions. • Autonomy and Resilience: Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and manage the area’s routines in a multitasking way without the need for micromanagement.
