📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to the business by mapping risks and applying privacy and compliance-by-design strategies to new projects and initiatives • Identify regulatory changes that may affect the continuity of strategic projects and monitor mitigation action plans • Validate and implement automated controls and technology solutions for Compliance processes, driving the use of Artificial Intelligence and automation • Identify, assess, and monitor regulatory risks associated with the GB ecosystem, recommending controls and action plans • Conduct due diligence on national and international partners, analyzing compliance and third-party risks • Conduct research and prepare advisory opinions on risks and provide guidance to business areas • Identify governance and business continuity opportunities related to Compliance • Identify risks and monitor transactions to meet AML/CFT regulatory obligations and conduct internal investigations • Support the governance of the Compliance Program, including metrics, training, communications, policies, and procedures • Prepare strategic and executive reports for senior management • Benchmark market best practices and propose improvements to the team’s processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, or compliance • Experience with process mapping, Compliance, and risk assessment • Experience monitoring the Brazilian regulatory landscape and AML/CFT requirements • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) to automate routine activities • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills • Logical reasoning and resilience • Practical project management skills and understanding of frameworks applied to complex projects • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze complex scenarios and identify risks and opportunities • Focus on proposing solutions that mitigate losses and generate business value • Organized and proactive, with clear and assertive verbal and written communication • Preferred: Extensive experience with the Brazilian regulatory landscape and third-party risk analysis • Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency (speaking, reading, comprehension, and writing)
